Scope of application: the product is UV curing glue 200-400nm wavelength ultraviolet radiation curing, used in electronic devices, the original PCB connector, circuit board, cable and other electronic materials, sealing, moisture-proof, insulation, protection and fixed.
Product features:
UE3524: plastic, glass, metal and other materials have excellent adhesive strength, high transparency, curing and dry fast, the product can be used for sealing occasions, after curing, low shrinkage, high temperature, high humidity and thermal shock performance.
Usage method：
1. Clean the surface of the material
2, with glue machine or artificial glue to the surface of material
3, with 365 nm wavelength ultraviolet lamp irradiation, until the adhesive layer has been fully cured, irradiation, UV lamp as close as possible to glue, can speed up the curing
4, UV radiation after curing, the periphery is still useful glue, the tool can be used to scrape it
